Abstract
This report will focus on two business cases, who are showing the usage of digital communication. Starting basis were two old static websites. This leads to a plan for strategic online and offline communication and the usage of social media and networks. Based on the Austrian advertising restrictions for doctors in one case, it resulted in two different ways on how digital and internal communications work in practice for the benefit of patients and consumers.
