Withdrawal/cancellation and refund policy

Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the congress secretariat, Ms. Lynn Ngai at aimlabstanford@gmail.com and will be subject to the following conditions:

No refunds will be made;

Under certain circumstances, registrations may be transferred within registration types to another designated individual. Please discuss with us on a case-by-case basis. A processing fee may apply. Transfers must be made no later than September 1, 2011.
