Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. First author is the scheduled presenter (except panels, where all authors are presenters)
  2. Max. 1 submission per first author (startup pitches excluded). Do not submit multiple abstracts (unless there is another first author/presenter).
  3. No references in the abstract
  4. DO NOT USE ALL-CAPS FOR THE TITLE OR ANY PART OF THE ABSTRACT. The Title Should be in "Title Case", Meaning That All Words Except Articles and Prepositions Should Be Capitalized Like in This Sentence
  5. Abstracts in the research track must be structured into Background, Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  6. Word limit: 500 words
  7. Authors will retain copyright, but agree to have title and abstract published after submission under a Creative Commons Attribution License. Note that title and abstract will be in a RSS feed and username and title will be tweeted immediately after submission.

Being a Web 2.0 conference, our aim is to share and disseminate submitted material widely using different Internet social media channels - please do not submit to/present at Medicine 2.0 if you do not wish this.
