Abstract
In order to crack teenagers' mind sets we have to comprehend the background that created and developed through eraly age span such mindsets. Thus,teenagers need ways to be understood ,to express themselves, to get acceptance, to get friendly guidance, and of course get good treatment.
Teenagers are a tough audience in general. They aggressively challenge authority, are irritable & have mood swings, as well as being closed to most adults.
How can you help sick teenagers work with their doctors?
How does the hospital treat teenage patients effectively?
How do you communicate with teens on just the right level to get through the their wall of denial and intolerance?
Hence, first, our objectives and vision are to give a process of treating teenage patients a make-over, a fresh start.
Second, help our health practitioners effectively treat our teenagers by getting inside the teenage mind, to understand how they think by to identifying mindsets.
Most of all … become more effective ..through knowledge … scientific knowledge of the ‘teenage customer minds’
