Cancellation Policy for Med 2.0'13: Registration fees are non-refundable. Up to 1 month before the conference, registrants may transfer their registration to another user. For cancellations less than 1 month before the conference it is at our discretion whether we allow transfer to another user. There is a transfer fee of $50. The new registrant must register and pay the $50 fee using the "Registration Transfer" registration type and state in the comments the name of the participant he/she is replacing.
Alternatively, registrants who cancel in writing (email) up to 10 working days before the conference can have 50% of their registration fee credited towards a future #med2 ticket. There are no refunds for no-shows or cancellations afterwards, and no transfers are possible.
