For sponsorship opportunities and proposals (for both the Maui and Malaga venue) please contact the conference producer.
Sponsorship opportunities include advertising in the program, sponsoring a JMIR Theme Issue, or sponsoring a Medicine 2.0 Award.
There is no minimum amount for sponsorships. We will position sponsors with an investment of $500 or more as Bronze sponsors, $2000 or more as Silver Sponsor, more than $5000 as Gold Sponsor, and more than $10000 as Main Sponsor.
The dissemination opportunities for sponsors include:
- Your logo on the website and in our program: register with a "sponsor" option (which is only $500 more than the normal rate) and have the logo of their research group, company, or institution displayed and acknowledged as sponsor of the conference!.
- putting material into the conference bags of delegates
- advertisements in the print program (ads are $1000 for a b/w page inside the program, $2000 for color ad on inside front or inside back cover, or $3000 for outside back cover)
- Sponsoring a journal theme issue (JMIR or other journals)
- Sponsoring an award
- Sponsoring a specific session or a reception
- NEW: Sponsor an epatient or a group of epatients! For only $250 more register with the "sponsor an epatient" option
- A mini tradeshow / gadget expo is also available with tables for as low as $1000. Simply register with the "table" option and submit an abstract of your tabletop presentation (see below and Call for Abstracts/Proposals).
Tabletop Presentation (Gadget Expo) Session
Exhibitor tables are available (likely in the foyer near the catering areas). We will accept proposals from academia, government and industry (incl. start-ups) to showcase/display/demo for example social media, web-based, or mobile applications for epatients and health professionals, or to use a table to facilitate collaboration.
Our limited table/expo space will be awarded on a first-come / first-serve basis, so please submit your proposal today.
Tabletop presentations are not only for commercial products, but may also be useful for researchers, funding agencies, or other non-profits to demonstrate gadgets and applications, and to create a more elaborate setup than a simple poster.
To submit a title/abstract of your Tabletop Presentation (Gadget Expo) sessions, briefly outline the product(s) to be presented (see this example). We do publish your abstract, so please refrain from overly bold superlatives and advertising (the best product for ....) -- keep it descriptive. There is a charge of $1000 in addition to the regular registration fee (simply register with the "table" option).
You can use it for tabletop posters and displays, or for notebook presentations (we only provide the table and chairs).
Larger expo space is available on request.
