Accommodation

We have blocked rooms for conference participants at the Delta Chelsea Hotel, which is a 5 min walk from the meeting venue.
Accomodation is not included in the conference participation fee and particpants must make their reservation themselves by clicking on the link below.

We have secured special rates ($179 for premium rooms) for conference attendees. These special rates are available until the room block is filled, or until August 31st, 2008, whichever comes first.

Click here to check availability and to make your hotel reservation online (Check-in on Sept 3rd, Check-out Sept 5th or 6th)

Note that the conference starts at 8am on Sept 4th and ends on Sept 5th at around 5pm, so depending on your flight connections you may want to check out on Sept 5th or on 6th.

Please mention "Medicine 2.0" when making a reservation by email at reservations@deltachelsea.com or #1 800 243 5732 and from overseas #1 800 3 243 5732.

If the Delta hotel is booked out (make sure to also ask about Standard Rooms) we recommend any other downtown hotel (e.g. search on hotels.ca).

Important: The Medicine 2.0 congress takes place shortly before the Toronto Film Festival. During this time most hotels are fully booked. We urge participants to make their hotel reservation as early as possible. Even our room block may fill up before the July 25th deadline.
